Question about ASUS P7P55M Motherboard
If you get no video ever, not even when the initial BIOS screen is supposed to appear, then you may have a failed video card or monitor. Your motherboard uses a PCIe-16 video card but has no on-board video. Check the motherboard manual for instructions on resetting the BIOS to factory defaults; perhaps the setting for the video card was corrupted.
If you get the BIOS splash screen and initial system start video, then it goes black, you have an OS problem. Try starting in safe mode to figure out what's going on.
