Hi there,

You can re-activate your Facebook again by logging in the email address you used to use in Facebook. Once logged in, click on the Account on upper right corner of your Facebook page and click Account Settings. Scroll at the bottom and click to Reactivate your account. That's it!

Please let me know if this helps so I can assist you further if not. Thank you for using FixYa.

Happy New Year!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Is it possible for me to log in to FB with my deactivated account for a message check with-out reactivating my account ? Thanks, mark

If you have deactivated your Facebook account, you can only view the message by logging back in again which will reactivate it.
You can then re-de-activate the account again after you have checked the messages you want to check.

Facebook password problems

Some users decide to close or deactivate their Facebook accounts when they get tired of the social networking site.

Facebook automatically stores the data for closed and deactivated accounts so that users can reopen them again easily if they have a change of heart.

If you previously closed or deactivated your Facebook account but now want to reopen it, you can easily reactivate the account by logging in with your old username and password.

Launch your Web browser, and navigate to Facebook.com.

Type your username into the relevant input field on the Facebook login page. The username is the email address that you used when you first registered the account.

Type your password into the relevant input field.
Enter the password carefully, because Facebook uses case-sensitive passwords.

Click the "Login" button.
This will open and reactivate your Facebook account.

You can access your Facebook friends list and all previously uploaded data, including status updates, notes, photos and videos.

Want to delete facebook

Once it is deactivated, it will stay that way until you activate it again. If you don't plan on activating it, you can just leave it deactivated.

I am new to fb. While trying to create an account I accidentally created two. I only used one account. As of around a week ago, when I tried to access the account I've been using it will only take me...

Hi Kathy,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are going through.
Each facebook account has unique login information. What does this mean? Well, this means that you have two accounts and each account has unique login information. You can't login to one account with the login details from the other account. You can't use the same email address for two accounts. You may have deactivated the wrong account.

When you go to log in to your facebook account it ask for your email and your password. You will need to enter in the email address you used to create the correct account. It should be as simple as just entering in your email address and password to get to the right account.

There are a couple ways you can go to fix this. The easiest would be to reach out to facebook support and have them(I recommend) to delete the accounts and you start from fresh. They may be able to re-activate the correct account if it was deactivated.

Please comment back if you have any questions.

Regards,
G33k

I get error code 80029780 which I believe is an activation issue. How do I reactivate or reset my system? I have games in my download list that I can't play because they won't download.

Sonds like u keep activating and deactivating your account on the playstation network. Once you reach 15 times of doing this, you have to wait one week before you can activate your account again.
Hope this Helps.

I made two mistakes. I deactivatied my account and wish to reactivate. Failing that I signed up again under the name Joel Lazenby but my friend know me as Wayne Lazenby, I wish to reactivaed as originally...

How long ago did you deactivate your old account? If it's been less than two weeks, you can login again to your old account (using old username/email and password) and it will reactivate your account.
If it's been longer than two weeks, all you need to do on the new account you created (under Joel Lazenby), is change your name to Wayne Lazenby.
To change your name on Facebook, follow these instructions:
1. login to facebook 2. click "account" in the upper right corner 3. in the dropdown menu select "account settings" 4. you'll see "change" next to the "name" category.
Just change your name and verify and you're done!
