Question about Computers & Internet
If TT_MT6's solution does not work for you (ie if your administrator account is password protected) there is a freeware boot CD project that is on-going. Since this is freeware, and i'm in no way associated with the website, i cannot gaurentee the password program on it will work for you, but it's worth a try. just be careful with the provided at the linked site below, as some of the utilities are very powerful and can easily mess up your system if you're "playing" with them.
Click Here for the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows project website.
I hope you find what you need, and please do not forget to rate my solution.

Usually the Administrator account is not password protected.
Press F8 right before Windows Logo shows up and boot to safe mode. Log on as administrator and change your user account's password in Control Panel->"User Accounts"

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
