Remove the printer from the computer, delete from printers in control panel and re install. Should reset up network unless board is bad. Also in control panel find system, devisce manager and click on that. This will give a list all the devices in your computer. See is there are any yellow items with a question mark, Also check to see if the network device is there. If is not you may need a new network card. They do get taken out by surges. Network cards are not expensive....
