What issues are you talking about, if you're speaking of ip conflicts the easiest way is to just set it to DHCP and allow the router to distribute the ip addresses. If not you can also try and set it to static by mac address filter. mac addresses are listed on most devices and usually start with 00:XX:XX:XX:XX
