That's a lot of packet data. It could be mis-matched duplex settings (either on the switch) or nic card. It's also possible,if the nic is bad or defective. Or, a bad cable.

How to reset Windows SBS administrator password?

Reset Windows SBS administrator password seems to be a tough thing. But don't need to be panic. There are two effective methods for you to reset Windows SBS admin password. The first method may be a little easier than the second one.
Method one: Reset Windows SBS 2011 Password with Windows Password Genius
1. Download iSunshare Windows Password Genius, launch it and insert USB or DVD/CD into your accessible computer.
2. Create a Windows SBS 2011(Windows Small Business Server) password reset disk by USB or DVD/CD. Select right removable device and click "Begin burning" button
3. Insert the USB or DVD/CD into your locked Windows SBS, set Windows SBS boot from USB or DVD/CD.
4. Choose Windows SBS 2011 and user account, Click "Reset password", then "Reboot" computer after successfully reset password to blank
Method two: Reset Windows SBS 2011 Password with Start Disk
1. Restart your Windows SBS 2011 with the installation CD or any USB/DVD you can boot from and get access to the HDD drive.
2. Booted from SBS 2011 media, select Next
3. Select Repair your computer
4. Select your partitions and installed Windows version and click Next
5. Select command prompt
6. Change directory to the access the system 32 directory. Then your original C:drive is changed to D: or E: depending on the number of drive and partitions you have on that system.
7. Rename Utilman.exe to Utilman.old and copy cmd.exe to Utilman.exe, exit and reboot
After the reboot select the Ease of access icon
8. You will get a command prompt and use net user admin user password to change the password
At the user logon screen, press a combination of Windows KEY+U, then the CMD.exe will appear. Type net user "Username""new password"
After you changed the password, exit the command prompt and login in with the new password. Don't forget to change the Utilman.old back to Utilman.exe. It could be that you will need to reboot with your media to change the Utilman back.

I lose connection from the nic card after a period of time. Then I can either remove the driver and reinstall the Win 7 driver again .. or reboot the machine.

Do you think that reinstalling the driver or rebooting is actually fixing it or is it possible you are just getting your connection back in the time youre doing these things. Next time it happens just leave it and see if it just comes back on its own. Its possible your internet provider is losing packets of data causing you to lose connection, they can check your line for you to see.. Also if you are on an ADLS 2 connection check that you have ADSL 2 line filters. Hope this helps cheers from Scott

How do i set up 2 IPs on my system so they dont clash??

The best way is to use two different NIC's (network interface cards) in one machine.
After you install the second NIC card plug a cable into it also so you will have two different cable connected to your router. If you are using DHCP it will pick up an available IP so you won't have any conflict with the first NIC card. If you want to set them up with static IP's open the properties of the first one and copy them exactly except for the IP address. Just give the second card the next number.
Example:
1st card: 192.168.1.100
2nd card: 192.168.1.101
Use the same Subnet, Gateway, DNS 1&2 and if your WINS is setup on card one use the same also.

NIC problem on Intel D101GGC

Ensure security and firewalls are turned off if incoming packets cannot be received. Are you pinging the pc at 127.0.0.1? Update the driver via the pc device manager or buy a new nic for around $10 these days.

Sync my contacts and calendar from outlook to iphone

You are on the right track.
You need to install the SBS 2003 SP2 package.
It contains Windows Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003 SP2 along with other important updates. (It is a big download.)
Install all of the updates staring with Windows Server SP2.
Once you complete the install of Exchange SP2 your iPhone should sync.

FYI: If you use Remote Web Workplace you will need to forward TCP port 4125 on your firewall to your SBS server after this update or RWW won't work properly.

I hope this helps.

DS10 with SBS PCI Expansion

Version 7.1-2 is an older version of the OS. I will have to check, but I think that V7.2 will resolve this. What version of TCP/IP are you using? Back in the day when I supported TCP and VMS, there were some timing issues that causes odd behavior. If you can provide the details about your configuration, I can check and get back to you. If necessary, an examination of a forced crashdump may be needed.

A rare opportunity to work with VMS again!!

Good stuff.
