Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Posted by Anonymous on
I had the same problem with mine it could be software or hardware. when I talked to apple on phone they told me to back up my phone into computer, restore the iphone back to its original settings with the updated software in it and sync it as a new iphone on computer. That would solve it if it was a software issue. unfortunately that did not work for me and they picked up my iphone to bring for repairs so hopefully when i get it back all ill be well. If you have had the iphone less than a year its covered under warrenty otherwise it would be a £30 charge which they cover over the phone with a credit card. Hope it helps.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
