Question about 2wire HomePortal 100W (1000-400026-000) Wireless Router
If you're connecting to the router via WiFi, then you don't need any Windows 7 drivers for this device.
You would need drivers for the Wireless WiFi network adapter installed on your Windows 7 machine.
Once you have the WiFi adapter properly configured on Windows 7, then you should be able to find the SSID of the Wireless Router and connect to it.
If you still are unable to find the WiFi SSID, the you'll have to tell us the make and model number of your computer for use to be able to help you further.
