Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
I was trying to load updated firmware but my mp3 player in now stuck in recovery mode. it says v0.0.10 and when i try to load new firmware it says my player is not connected
I had the same problem with my Zen Touch.
The solution is to use a pc that was never connected to the player, uninstall media player 11 and only then upgrade the firmware.

Have you all tried Format, Scan Disk, and Reload Firmware? This should clear up 50% of the problems. The rest of you will likely need to do more troubleshooting.
