Question about PANDIGITAL (DPF802) Digital Picture Frame
How do you do it? The Kodak easy share PC screens offer no help.
You have an invalid file format on the frame. Hook the frame up to the computer and look at all the file extensions. All pics have to be in .jpeg format. They can not be in .bmp (bitmap) etc. If the files have the correct extension, then format the frame and add the pics again.
Also opening the file in Microsoft paint and resaving the file as a jpeg helps as well. Sometimes certain programs will take over the file extension and somewhat altering the original file.
