I have had exactly the same problem happen a couple of days ago. My wireless network is always switched on and i never have to use the easy lauch keys. However my connection stopped a couple of days ago and my quick lauch keys have stoped working. All of them. I can only assume that the keys are broken/disconnected and because of this wireless will not work. i to have tried suggestions but the network connections box says that is connected and i know it not. Is there any other way round this or does anyone know how to fix the keys?

You can activate wireless using the start menu, also make sure the wireless switch is actually turned on, a small slide switch on the front or side with a LED light next to it.

Tips for a great answer:
Maybe you don't have your wireless turned on. Look on
both sides and in front for the Wireless Switch and turn it on.
Also once the wireless switch is turned on there are keystrokes that can toggle the wireless on or off. Normally you would Press and Hold the FN function key located at the lower left of the keyboard, then hit the correct F1 thru F12 key that toggles the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit will have the wireless signal icon )))) on it. Or it might have the icon of a tower with the wireless signal icon )))). Normally the screen will display Wireless On or Wireless Off when you toggle the wireless.
