This is Faulty Printhead Issue.
Click on the link below and follow the steps to resolve the issue.
If the steps does not resolve the issue, Contact HP Support on #1-800-474-6836 and hopefully your Printheads should get replaced if they are In-Warranty.
Check if your printer is still In-Warranty ( 12 months from the date of purchase ) then the Printhaeads will be replaced free of cost.
