Dewalt uses two vinyl orings against the cylinder spacer seal. Most likely one or both have have failed. These orings are included in the repair kit available thru dewalt service center near you or on the web. If you have a source for orings, like a bearing retailer, you could replace with generic viton orings. Take cylinder and cylinder spacer with you so that you can fit them in. The orings should allow cylinder spacer to fit snuggly and allow the spacer to have about a 1/4 in travel without jamming. If a kit is not available, then only option is to convert to generic orings. The gun constantly exhausts air when connected to air compressor. Won't build up the pressure when connected. Must disconnect between firing trigger

Easy fix if air is leaking out the top of gun. Remove the head and lube with white grease or silicone paste. If orings seem to be loose, order repair kit from dewalt (you can tighten orings by removing the oring and wind a bit of teflon tape in the oring groove). If air is leaking from the trigger, replace the valve. If air is leaking out the bottom where the nail ejects, pull out the cylinger and lube the orings that seal the cylinder to the body of the gun.

All the sudden the nail gun stop working, pull the trigger air leaks out at trigger area

I had a similar problem with one of my nail guns. What I found was a small rubber o-ring in the trigger mechanism had split. Once I replaced this the problem was corrected and the unit functioned fine.

You could replace the whole trigger assembly for about $35. But if you remove the assemble and replace the split-ring this would only cost a couple of bucks at most.

Trigger assembly shown below. ereplacementparts.com is one possible source for the trigger assembly others can be found on the Internet.

My paslode air framing nailer model 5350-90s is loosing air out of the trigger valve when I press on the trigger and the nail does not fire. What is the problem ?

Sounds like a bad O ring. There are rebuild kits you can get with a new set of O rings. Or you can have it done for about $30-50.

Just replaced o rings and piston bumper, but gun still leaks air (out of nozzle) and wont fire at all

Air leaking thru nozzle (where nail exits ) can be caused by two issues. Air leaking past valve rubber at top of cylinder where headvalve seals when under pressure. If leaking at valve rubber seal the piston will usually be pushed down if there are no nails in gun. If the driver stays up while leaking then problem is at cylinder plate. This plate has two orings that seal air pressure. On seals against the body of gun and the other seals against cylinder. Leaks can occur if body of gun is worn, warped or has scratches where oring makes contact. Also look closely at the plate for crackes. Replace parts as needed. Good luck

Nail gun not firing nail

THe most likely causes of this are not enough air pressure (90 psi) or a nail is jammed in the front, causing the striker to stick down. Also, if it hasn't been oiled in a long time, that could cause it.
