Question about Gateway 510 X (10272197) PC Desktop
Considering the the motherboard LED illuminates when you turn power on, the power supply is probably OK, however you cannot test it without a PC power supply tester. If the LED on your monitor does not change color from amber to green, you either have a defective power supply, motherboard or processor.
I'm sorry I cannot be of further help to you but this problem cannot be isolated without the proper test equipment. Accordingly, I highly reccommend that you consult and obtain the services a PC technician to determine the cause of this problem.
