In most cases, you have to ask the person that originally set up the router for the key/passphrase.
If you were the person that set up the router, then you'll have to perform a factory reset on the device.
Netgear devices can be reset to factory defaults by pressing and holding the RESET button on the back of the device for approximately 20 seconds. Note that any settings changes that were done to the device originally will be lost -- you'll have to set up the router all over again.
Configure your device to use WPA or WPA2 security instead of WEP, since WEP keys can be cracked within a matter of minutes with off-the-shelf computer equipment.
Please tell us the model number of the device so that we can provide specific instructions to you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Web browser set up

It means that the phone needs an OTA (Over the Air) update which is being sent by ur service provider.

After the OTA update, ask for the configurations from ur Service provider again.
