Please be more specific.
A few things you can try: 1) Check in Files menu to see if "Work Offline" is checked. 2) Go to Internet Options and check to see if you set a Proxy by accident, if you did, disable it. 3) Switch to Firefox/Chrome. They're much faster and more secure.
