Honestly with the cost of motors it might just be cheaper to replace the whole unit. We have a Spartan model 760 that's working on dying on us now - we are going to replace the entire unit.

A 1999 american eagle motor coach, spartan chasis. spent $1000 on air ride suspension. the body will not raise. only get 122 lbs of air pressure. Is there a pressure valve stuck?

there is a valve problem as 100 psi is more than enough in air bags to lift 22 tons of vehicle at 5 tons per bag
you have 122 psi so it is a valve or hose problem

My bathroom lights fan and plug stopped working but no breakers are tripped or of what could the problem be ?

If the whole unit has shut down together, it's not a bulb or motor problem.
Bathrooms are the wettest place in the home and corrosion is a constant problem. It sounds like the power has been opened between the breaker and the units.
Separate switches to lights, fan and outlet are fed by a box somewhere. That seems to be the problem. I hope you have an open basement or else the junction is behind a wall.

I have a bathroom with an exhaust fan and a light that is over top of my bathtub connected to the same switch. Will the 5, 10, 20, 30 auto timer off switch be able to handle both the fan and the light...

What is the amp rating of the switch? A typical exaust fan motor will draw less than 2 amps and a 60 watt bulb less than an amp so just about any timer switch will work as long as it is rated for 5amps or more.

Replace motor in Broan 678 bathroom fan

I ran into the same problem, Lowe's carries Broan exhaust vents. They had both a replacement motor for all generations of 678 fans for $18, and they also had the latest generation of the complete unit for $40. I bought the complete unit, which included the fan I needed. Just unbolted it from the new bracket and bolted it to the old one. The new light housing, trim piece, and lens also interchanged. The existing one was old and yellowed, so this made for a huge improvement. All done from in the living space as well.

Bathroom Ventilation Fan Motor Failures

I'm guessing that water isn't splashing up on this fan's motor, so the moisture that is causing the rust must be water vapor. The exact same water vapor that the fan is supposed to be removing. I have two suggestions before replacing the entire fan. One is to make sure that the ducting that carries the moist air out of the bathroom (and preferably out of the house altogether) is free of obstructions and that the fan can actually do it's job. Second is to actually run the fan, and run it a lot longer than you probably are right now. If it is running while you are in the shower and then you turn it off after you leave the bathroom, it can't possibly be removing that moisture. I'd invest in a countdown type timer and replace the existing switch with that. Set that thing for 30 or 60 minutes when you get in the shower and let it turn it off automatically.
