If draqins are accessable use a hair dryer to unfreeze the traps then wrap traps with insulation. if this problem is a regular occurance then attatch a plug in heat trace wire to drain traps.

Toilet and bathtub clogged. What's the fastest way to clear the drain

The fastest way is to replace all the pipes. The second fastest is to use sulfuric acid. Or get a good plumber with a root cutting bit on an electric eel.

Toilet bubbles when tub drains could be from stuck toy in tub overflow?

The bubbling sounds like it's trying to get the air it needs to drain. Kind of like holding your finger over thr the top of a drinking straw and then lifting it out of the water. The water won't drain out until you lift your finger off the straw, allowing air to come in so the water can drain out. If the vent is clogged it could cause this. Squirrels dropped walnuts down mine and clogged it. The vent is the pipe that goes up through the roof, nearest to the toilet and shower. If the shower drain vent line is clogged it is possible that it could be sucking the air it needs through the toilet, sometimes actualling pulling the water out of the toilet. This is not very common but it can happen. If you can get on the roof and get a garden hose into the vent line(s), you can tell if it is clogged because water won't drain, it will come back out. You should be able to turn the water on full blast and it will drain normally if the vent is clear. It's possible that there is a connection between the toys and your problem, and the way you access that drain line is usually thru the wall on the opposite side of the shower controls/drain. I would start by running water down the vent lines on the roof. Good luck.

I wont to replace the sealant from around the tiolet waste pipe, what is the best way of doing this?

turn water supply off to toilet and disconnect water line from bottom of toilet tank. flush toilet to drain tank, use towel to soak up water inside that didnt flush.remove the 2 bolts ( 1 on each side of toilet), lift toilet up and move to one side and lay on it side, scrape off old wax ring from bottom of toilet, scrape off excess wax from pipe on floor. install new wax ring over drain pipe. stand toilet upright and lift straight up over drain hole and reset slowly to make sure each bolt goes through the holes on toilet, replace nuts and washers on toilet and tighten. hook water supply liune back up and turn on water.

Water from toilet or sewer line bubbles into tub through drain.

Your sewer line is plugged downline from the toilet and tub... then the toilet backs up into the tub...
You will need to have the drain line cleaned to solve the problem..

Toilet when flushed makes a large bubble surface from the hole. Sometimes the toilet will not flush away a bit of tissue.... very frustrating..

Have you checked it out for any blockage in the toilet or drain line.

You could try a 6ft auger to try to remove blockage from toilet.
If it is a drain issue it is either blocked somewhere or the vent is not working correctly causing it to get air bubbles.

Check you tank for proper water fill level up to marked line. Also make sure fill line from fill valve is connected to overflow pipe to fill bowl up correctly.

Not enough water in tank will affect the flush.

When installing a new toilet. How far from the wall do i need the toilet hole so the tiolet clears the wall?

To rough in a standard toilet allow about 13 inches to center of drain. That will give you space behind tank so it's not right on the wall.

When my washer drains it floods the bathtub and toilet

The problem sounds more like plumbing than the washer. Could the lint could be toilet paper, don't you think? I suspect that the washer is putting out more than the drain will hold. You may have scale build up or old paper hanging or a up hill pitched drain have used muriatic acid (just like they use in swimming pools) to clear out scale in drain lines before. If its solids though routing it out is my recommendations.
