Question about Vtech Mobigo Learning System

My sons mobigo touch and learn game says he has earned a new reward... where do i log in to download it?

Looks like it is a bit of a ploy to get the child's progress. You have to download the Learning Lodge Navigator and connect your son's device to the computer. It will download his progress. When you are done it will show some trophy icons on the login screen. That's the "reward."

If I'm right, you need the Learning Lodge Program to do that. Downloaded from website. That's how I did it with my sons Innotab and the other one with his VReader. http://www.vtechkids.com/brands/software/mobigo

had the same prob with my son. the games are fun the wife and i couldn't help it.
1. take out the batteries then hold the "on" button for 45 sec replace batteries
2. go to your vtech mobigo acct edit your childs name to "family" or something
3. now add the child you wanted to "reset" now switch mobigo from "family" to new child
4. plug mobigo into pc and the progress log should be reset
thats what worked for me hope this helps

How do i pick up my child's reward?


Go to http://www.vtechkids.com/download/
Download the software associated with your Vtech learning system
Select PC or Mac
Then follow screen prompts for installation
If its your 1st time you will need to setup a Parent account and a kids account.

Mobigo Game Storage Cartridge displaying "System Problem Found" says to connect to the computer to solve the problem, but it doesnt prompt any solutions for fixing. cartridge was working fine...


I too had this problem... if u are using the learning lodge cd ... it wont work (the version is too old) uninstall the old version and go to www.vtechkids.com/downloads and download the latest version of the learning lodge navigator. once u do that ... connect the mobigo... it will reinstall all the necessary software and fix the problem. ours is working perfectly now. the manual should have stated "always make sure u have the latest version of the software" or there should be an update button on the current version to always check for updates :)
