Question about Kenmore 73502 / 73504 / 73509 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
The evaporator fan may be defective. Check and confirm that there is no ice building up in the freezer compartment. If there is , your defrost heating element and defrost thermostat may be bad. From the little details that you provided, I would recommend that you check and confirm the operation of the evaporator fan before checking anything else.
