the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

If the drivers are installed on the print server and automatically install locally when you map to the printer, then the drivers on the server are corrupt and need to be reinstalled.
You can download the drivers from HP here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=473039&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=473038&lang=en&cc=us&submit=Go%20?

and manually install them Then when you map the printer the driver will already be installed and won't need to download from print server

Dimension 4700 my headphones work fine but i cant

Are you have the headphones and speakers both pluged in? When you plug in headphones the speakers get muted. You need to change your sound settings back to your sound card if you use usb headphones. The plug on the front of the 4700 also automatically mutes the speakers.

This is very common after a fresh installation of the OS. Simply go to Windows Update and run it a couple of times. Upon reboot, the system will detect your hardware and you'll be back in business!
