TT320 DOESN'T WORK

The eject doesn't work with or without a remote. The unit has totally failed. I know it wasn't expensive, but I've had it less than 1 year!

Couldn't get the eject to work. Tried both the remote and the button on the player. This is yet one more reason I'm not impressed with TruTech's player..

Fyi... If you don't flip unit over very slowly and carefully, your DVD will flop out of the drawer, and float inside of the unit. It happened to me and it was a big pain to open the unit to get the DVD.
All in all, tho, the unit is dead. And I only used it about 10 times. It is junk!

If your disc is still inside, flip the unit over, and insert a pin where it says: "For ejection insert a pin (and) push to left". Once you have done that, slowly and carefully flip the unit rightside up, and pull out the disc tray. Then take out your disc. If you disc gets stuck behind the tray for any reason, pull the disc tray out of the machine. This may require a bit of stregth. once this is done, take your disc out of the machine and then insert the disc tray back into the DVD player.

My APC ups doesn't power on

If your APC UPS is new but was stored unused for awhile, the battery may have discharged completely. You may find a comparatively less expensive and less time consuming solution is replacement.

Hi I have seen this intermittent problem before in Philips sets, and what's happened is that the Button interface to the microprocessor, or indeed the microprocessor has failed, often it is the timing crystal, or ceramic resonator that controls all the timing etc, and/or dry joints in that section, it usually costs around $150.00 to fix, however without actually examining the unit, it's impossible to actually tell. So, you need to take it in to an authorised service center and ask first and only for a "Quote" and go from there once appraised of the prospective costings. It has nothing to do with the remote at all, as related it is an internal failure. Contact a Philips head or local office and ask for a referral to an authorised service center.

When we turn the power on iit only stays on a few seconds then turns off with the cst.in light flashing.. what does this mean and what can we do to fix it?? tks

I had the same problem. We watched a DVD, and the unit worked fine. We went out for ice cream, came back, and decided to watch a VHS. Instead of taking the VHS, the CST.IN light flashed and the unit cut off after a few seconds. We didn't have a VHS in the unit at the time. After cutting the unit back on several times without success, I looked online for solutions. One person said to hit 'eject' 5 times in a row, but that didn't work for my unit. Someone else said there was a lever inside near the power button that ejected the VHS, so I checked that out next. I washed and dryed my hands well, and used my finger to jiggle the white lever. Then I saw that the tray that the VHS sits on wasn't all the way forward, so I gently pulled and pushed it. I'm not sure which of the two actions worked, but my light is now a steady green and my unit is working fine now. I am so glad because we've had this unit for almost 10 years now, and I really didn't want to have to buy a new one! Good luck!

It does'nt turn on don't respond any comand The

I had a problem similar to this. I fixed it by toggling through the top buttons on the remote control. Sometimes the wrong button gets pressed and the remote cannotcontrol the unit it is supposed to. i.e. make sure TT320 remote has good batteries and then make sure if it has other buttons on it like TV, cable, DVD etc that the correct one is pressed to control the TT320. My TV remote would not control my TV and by chance my kids had pressed the satellite button so I had to press the cable button and then the controller startedto control the TV again.

4x4automatic: stuck in 3rd gear from start.

It does not make a difference if the kickdown cable is out of adjustment. If the cable is out of adjustment, the jeep simply won't shift into higher gears, but it will always start in first gear. I believe that the tranny has been neglected and not had an oil change(before you did it)in a long time. The clutches in the tranny will fuse together and give you your simpton.

Tru tech tt320 dvd player

When I install a disc my monitor indicates "loading" for a few minutes then "no disc" for several before the floating "dvd" appears. Meanwhile, on the remote, except for the "off/on" and "eject" buttons, no other button works. Please copy youngruss@aol.com on your response. Thanks

"Hide" the remote and try to operate the unit using the front panel controls. Does this work? Then the problem is the remote...accordianman
