1. Press and hold the "SET/EL" button until the display changes to "LIGHT OFF" 2. Press "MODE" until the date section of the display reads "HOUR". Use the "LAP/RESET" button to decrease the value and "ST/STR" to increment the value 3. Press "MODE" to adjust the minute value and then the second value 4. When finished, press "SET/EL" to return to the normal mode
