Question about Hotpoint Ariston AW125 Front Load Washer
From memory only...and based on your photo as above....remove rear lid screws first.Secondly get a flat bladed screw driver and put some electrical tape over the flat part of the screw driver (so to avoid scratching) then put the blade of the s/driver between the work top and the top of the metal chasis just before the instrument panel by appox 1/4 " and very gently twist the screw driver the side of the w/top should then move-do other side of w/top same way then whole of w/top comes away and can be removed.

Also in the first instance check the drain pump filter for any blockage or, if there isn't a drain pump filter fitted the pump will need to be removed and inspected for any blockages.
