Hello there ,a very simple solution to this problem remove rear covering and circuit board you will notice the mic anylise it for wire breakage or dry solder joint iff you have a replacement mic you can replace it ,if this fails its more than likely your audio chip has given up ,its best to leave it to someone with expertise goodluck ei5glb
