Go to your phone settings and adjust the pc connections.If it has been set to mass storage,then connect your phone via usb, and if it has been set to pc suite , then install the pc suite and connect it to your PC.
For your Cell phone to able to connect to your PC, you must have a cable that can connect your phone to a PC via a USB Cable or your phone must have a Blue tooth wireless adapter on your PC and your Phone.
Install the USB cable driver or the Blue tooth software on your PC.
Connect your phone via the USB cable to your PC, or from your phone search for the blue tooth device of your PC.
Things you will need: software Cd for Motorola phone you are using, Cable to connect the phone to the PC.
First install the Motorola phone installation Cd on your PC, after installing, connect the phones cable to the phone before connecting the the PC. Make sure the PC recognizes the phone before you can do any other operation.
On the desktop page of your PC, click on (my computer), locate where the phone folder is and click on the folder, what ever you want to install inside the phone memory you can install from that folder. When you are done,safely remove the USB connecting cable.

Uninstall every BT software you have and any Nokia PC Suite software you have. Plug in your BT phone dongle and let windows auto recognize the device. after it is done installing, then put in the Nokia cd. Do it in this order.
