If it looks like this:.i have an i pod and when i turn it on all that - penacluel.jpg
This looks like recovery mode. This usually happens to iPods on the first time they are set up or when something went bad. Connect the iPod/iPhone to your computer and run iTunes. iTunes should recognize the iPod is in recovery mode. Follow the steps iTunes gives you to restore your iPod back to working condition.

I dont know how to load up any songs,or videos on my ipod a1136

If you want to install songs on your i pod, Get an i Tune media player it enables your system (laptop or computer) to be able to transfer any data from your system to your i pod.

First install your i Tune media player.

connect your cable to your i pod before connecting to your system.

Open your i Tunes player, and synchronize(like pairing your device with your system) it with your i pod so that you can be able to transfer any data from your system to your i pod.

I think that will do..

Slide hold switch on and off a couple of times and then, when hold is off, press and hold menu and center buttons until an apple logo appears on screen...now connect to itunes and restore it...You will lose all your data though.
