What does timed out mean

over seer timers are added to controllers to let the operator know that the action (what ever it was) has taken too long , this indicates that even though the function may have occurred , the overseer timer has expired and so it senses a problem , its sort of telling you that there's going to be a sensor failure soon ?

Wont take water from reservoir

You have to descale it, even though the light probably never came on (it never comes on for me). It happens to mine and I refuse to replace it until the descale doesn't work anymore. You need a large bottle of white vinegar. After you have that the first thing I would do is remove all the water, that includes whatever is inside of your machine. Unplug it and tip it over the sink to get the water out. Plug it in again, fill the reservoir with white vinegar. Turn the unit on and cycle it (like you are making coffee) over and over until the light comes on to add water. I would use ALL the vinegar in the bottle. After you run out of vinegar, file the reservoir with water and cycle the machine. Continue to do this until you have filled the reservoir 4 times. It's a little boring, but it should fix the issue.

Timing is off doesnt grasp upper thread nothing happens

It is amazing how much those stores know. I suppose that could be a common thing among that particular machine.

Whatever you do don\'t buy a "WHITE" machine as they work for about 2 hours then they die. I had to keep taking it back and forth 45 miles each way for over 1 month and the person whom owned a shop couldn\'t fix it. Of course he said it was fixed and when I stepped on the gas nope same thing happened.

I also won\'t ever buy any new singer machines. They are bad...now if you can get a hold of an older one that is medal inside instead of plastic parts it would pay to keep it running.

I have sewn for over 42 yrs. I have gone threw a lot of different machines trying them out. I own about 6 machines now not including my embroidery/sewing machine or serger. I always have one or more working. I was tired of having it break down at Christmas time.

I even loaned out one to my 18 yr. I took her 20 yr old Janome (all metal inside) machine into the shop.

Oh yes, youtube has videos on everything!

HP Compaq Presario CQ60 Won't Charge

Three blinks in a row is the LED code for a memory issue.

Turn the laptop over, remove the panel over the RAM, remove the DIMMs (it will likely have 2 in it), place one in at a time and try powering the system on.

One of the two is likely bad although it is possible (although very unlikely) that both are bad. It should boot up when the good DIMM is in place. Once you have identified the bad one, buy a replacement or possible choose to upgrade the total amount of RAM.

Janome 9000 lost all power in the middle of embroidery and won't turn back on.

have you checked to make sure the power cord is plugged into the machine correctly?
is the outlet getting electricity?
if the answer to the above is yes
then it's possible the power cord, motor could have with out
have you checked to see if the sewing machine has a battery compartment
or a fuse compartment?

Washing machine wont start

Try unplugging the machine for 15 seconds. After it is plugged back it open and close the door several times. I know this sounds weird but it resets the safety circuit that sometimes shut these machines down. There may be some other safety reset sequences specific to the machine (you can search these on the net) if the one I told you doesn't work. Please rate my answer so I get points for it.

My desktop computer won't power up even though I have a green steady indicator light on the psu.

When you say plugging in an Ethernet Card, do you mean into a PCI slot internal to the unit - or an USB-type card? If you were installing a PCI card, then yes, you most likely destroyed the mainboard. You should never insert or remove add-on cards with the system up and running. In fact, it is preferable to actually unplug the machine from the wall as there is power on the mainboard even when turned off.

Transition to machine still pending. How do i cancel it

Canceling it takes a few steps, and you may need to do it after each time you do a design. First, close the Futura software on the computer. Then, unplug the USB cord from your machine AND the back of your computer. Also turn off the sewing machine. Do all of this before plugging the USB cord back in. Do that, then turn the sewing machine back on and restart your software. You should be fine.

For whatever reason, your last transmission gets stuck in the "buffer" between the computer and embroidery machine and this will clear it out. It happens to me each time I send a design, and I have to go through this whole song and dance to clear it. Works just fine once I do, though. Good luck!

SLV-D300P DVD Player VDR. The door on the DVD side will not shut after CD is inserted. Even empty it will not shut either through the remote or using buttons on the machine itself.

Sometimes the tray will get out of sync. This is a rack and gear setup. If you are mechanically inclined you can pull the cover off by taking the screws out. The rack will sometimes slip a tooth on the gear. Figure out if you can slip the rack back one or two teeth. Whatever it takes to get things back in sync. Sometimes this is easy and other times you have to take things more apart to accomplish the fix. Hope this helps.
