Question about Apple iPod touch
Please help. My laptop is working fine with the wireless router but the itouch will not get signal. We have tried entering the password but still states unable to connect. Any ideas?
First off, make sure you have wifi enabled in your settings. if that doesnt work hold the home and sleep buttons untill your ipod shuts off and turn it back on. sometimes i do this when something is glitching on my ipod. check to make sure your your pass word is correct too.
p.s. if you are really desperate, hold your home andsleep button untill your ipod shuts off, then continue to hold untill your ipod reboots. once it starts to turn on, just keep holding down the home button and NOT the sleep button anymore. a screen should pop telling you to connect to itunes. your computer will detect it in recovery mode and you can continue to restore on your computer. you can restore it that way or just do it by hitting the restore button in itunes :)
