As you have
mention it you need new hinges and the problem will be solved since old hinges
does not worth it to be repaired something that is not possible also.

We have
here below a link with a supplier of hinges and other parts for your Siemens oven.
The model is not specified but you can clearly confirm from the photo attached
but you can confirm before order it by a small email direct contact to the
supplier.

We also a

Hi

This issue is either due to a faulty door latch or a failed door lock mechanism. Turn off the oven and unplug it from power for 10-15 minutes. Try and close the door while the power is turned off, if you are able to close the door then probably there is a shorted wire near the door latch mechanism. However, if you are unable to close the door while oven is turned off then the door latch assembly has engaged the lock and will not unlock, this could be either due to disconnected/loose wirinng to door lock assembly or a faulty door lock assembly. You can use a multimeter to check the continuity of the door latch assembly. Also, the parts for the oven are available on this link---

Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

    Hi

I hope you have tried the procedure mentioned in my earlier post, if you are unable to close the door even when it is turned off and unplugged then its the door lock assembly which has failed. Hope this helps....

The only diagrams I could find online were at the following site, in the manual:
http://dl.owneriq.net/9/950820db-087c-4c06-8610-296dae3425cf.pdf
You will probably have to contact Bosch for more detailed diagrams, and here is their site:
http://www.bosch-home.com/us
If you can find a local shop that services Bosch, you may be able to get them to show you the diagrams on their computer.
The title says Siemens, but when I googled it, it came up Siemens on some, and Bosch on others, but I think Bosch may have made it for Siemens, since the parts sites said Bosch, and the only diagram/manual was for the Bosch.
Anyway, hope this helps.

I opened the door on my microwave oven and the fuse blown

I gotta do the same thing. Fuses wear out. Luckily they're usually a cheap part. Search for a diagram for your make/model on line or one close to it by the make. There should be 2 or 3 fuses easily accessible once the exterior is off. Search "order online + the fuses' part numbers". Favorite/bookmark that diagram to remove cover and pop out & replace all fuses. Make sure to follow safety guidelines, unplug and don't touch what it tells you not to, like any capacitors. Ground yourself just in case. I'm gonna wear work gloves too.

Why my Daewoo microwave oven blows the fuse only when the door gets closed while when it startre with the door opened the bulb is lit and so is the control board until the door is closed then it blows

Hi. The fact that the fuse blows when the door is closed is quite logical. There are safetyswitches preventing the oven to start with an open door. As to the fuse blowing, There are 3 possibilities: the High voltage trafo is defective, the voltage doubler diode or the capacitor are defective. You must be VERY CAREFULL when working on these parts: the voltages are LETHAL.

GE spacemaker XL microwave oven blowing fuse

If it went dead almost immediately after pressing the Start pad, that's usually a shorted high-voltage capacitor.

If it went dead several seconds after pressing the Start pad, that's usually a failing high-voltage transformer.

If it goes dead or blows the house fuse or breaker (or GFI) when you plug it in or open or close the door, then there's a problem with a door switch or door switch mount.

If it's intermittent or random, it may be a bad connection, usually on the control board or a loose fuse holder, or even an intermittent fuse.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number from the tag on the oven here.

Fuse burn

Yes. But when does the fuse blow?

If it blows immediately after you press "Start" to begin cooking, that would be a shorted high voltage capacitor.

If it happens when you plug the oven in the wall or when you open or close the door, it may be a misaligned door, damaged or misaligned door switch mounts, or a shorted monitor interlock switch.

See my help file on door switches here.

After you remove the grille and control panel assembly, you should be able to access the switches.

Also, there should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, and it is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

Accessing some parts may require you to pull the oven from the wall and remove the cover.

If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.

I have a ge jvm 1750 dm1ww microvawe and suddenly stop working . i changed the 20 amp 250 w fuse inside the display panel and the light and the microvawe started working again. However as soon as i use the...

It's possible the high-voltage capacitor is bad, but I suspect a bad interlock monitor switch. This is one of several switches operated by the door latches, and it's wired to cause the fuse to blow if you try to operate the oven with the door open. The switch may be stuck, which can happen if the oven door gets slammed. It's also possible the switch is good but is out of adjustment.

Replacement switches are available. The Sears parts website has an exploded diagram showing where it's located (item number 30). You should let a professional make the repair, though. Microwave ovens are dangerous items to work on, and if door repairs aren't done correctly there can be excessive microwave leakage.

The 20 amp power fuse blows every time i start the mircowave oven?

The oven probably has a bad interlock monitor switch, one of several switches in a microwave that are operated by the door latches. The switch is wired so the fuse will blow if you try to run the oven with the door open, and it isn't operating properly when you close the door. As soon as the oven kicks on the power to the magnetron tube, the microwave source, the fuse blows. The switch may have been damaged if the door was slammed, or it's just a mechanical failure. It's not an expensive part, but any microwave repair involving the door should be done by a professional because of safety concerns, so you will have some labor cost to add in. It shouldn't cost as much as a new oven to make this repair, though, so it's probably worth fixing.

Won't run because of constant error message saying "DOOR" .. I ear the latch door close fine.

It depends on the model number, but with some Whirlpools the door switch circuit is complicated and has a couple of fuses that can blow, resulting in a door error message.

Home Circuit Breaker Pops When Door Is Opened

It does sound odd for it to blow the breaker. It should blow the fuse, not the breaker. But looking at the exploded view diagram, I don't even see a fuse! Makes me wonder if this is some foreign model. *grin* In any event, you will need to replace all the door switches since they all have been stressed by the same overcurrent. Also be sure that all the switch mount and door latch parts are activating properly when you open and close the door. The switches (generic replacements) are widely available from local appliance parts stores. If you need any other parts, you can see an exploded view and parts list here: http://www.geappliances.com/shop/prts/
