Sony digital camera DSC-T200 troubleshooting

whenever I open the camera 'USB MODE CONNECTING ' appears in the screen and then after a few second asked to click the menu and then atomatic usb mode and again 'USB MODE CONNECTING' appears. In this way continues. I don't even able to switch off the camera.
Second problem is sometimes when i was able the start the camera - an errror appears'E.62.02'
3rd problem---If at all starts it starts in viewing mode.
How to solve these problems?
