Question about Belkin (F5D7230-4) Router (587009)

Try to wire your computer via CAT5 to the router, then open a command prompt (Windows) and type the following:
you will see an IP address (i.e. 192.168.1.3). You will also see a gateway address (i.e. 192.168.1.1) Open you Internet browser and type in the gateway address. Log into the router. Check the wireless settings on the router. Be sure to have the MAC-Address filtering table turned OFF. Make sure you are entering the wireless security key correctly into the new computer. (i.e. "a" is different than "A")

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
