The way i figured it out is that you cant use windows media player to sync the music you have to drag and drop thr files from their folders into the removeable disc drive because im guessin the whole file folder thing is to complex for it lol so try to drag and drop there is no folders and it should work. let me kno if it works for you email me at paulpenn91@yahoo.com

How do i download music to iq 8012 mp3

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

How to instal music to my mp3

You can use Itunes software or Windows media player Software.
Import all your songs in the library then you synchronise Whilst you connect the mp3 to it.
Some mp3 need to setup pc mode in the setting.(need to disable the security setting.) Or else it will stay on mp3 player mode.

ok

My iq sound mp3 (IQ950FM) won't download music files.

Make sure they are in MP3 format. If they are, you may need to reset the MP4 player to the factory setting by navigating to: Settings -> Default Set -> OK
