Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Posted by Anonymous on
Does the player support USB 2.0? -> Let's predict yes.
Is the USB 2.0 fast function enabled on the player? -> Usually "Setup -> Online mode".
Does your PC's motherboard support USB 2.0? -> 99% yes.
Does your motherboard support Hi-Speed transfer? -> You can see it in BIOS.
Does the Device Manager say USB version 2.0? -> If it says "VIA enchanced USB" (not sure about the name, "it's another language for me"), then it's another problem. If it's not enchanced, then try another USB port, or get a better, enchanced driver for your USB port. If the problem is still up, then look at the properties of the port, if it's not disabled, or slowed down because of some options.
Hope I could help.
