Question about Bosch Classixx WFL 2066 Front Load Washer

Open Question

Bosch WFF2000 Spin problem. During the final rinse the drum stops, a motor can be heard revving up, then a big bang as the drum starts. The machine jumps around for a few seconds then proceeds to the end of the cycle. Spinning and washing is otherwise normal.

SOURCE: bosch wff2000. goes through program

it sounds very much like the carbon brushes in the drive moter. the best way is to remove the motor and then you can also check the commutator for wear as well. model no and serial no needed to get spares, sometimes moter type.

SOURCE: Bosch WFF1800 - not spinning

HI,

move the kicking plate on the front-bottom of the machine. You will see o circular lid there, turn it on anti-clockvise to open. All of the water blocked will come from there, be careful. Look carefully that there are some objects blocking the water draining. Then turn on the machine on draining programme, the plastic rotor should turn fastly when the machine is on. If it is not running, change the pump motor. If it is running, but machine is not draining again you can understand that there is an objeck stuck on the hose between drum and pump motor. Lay down the machine on its rear facade, you will see a large and black hose between drum and pump motor. When you remove it, you will see that there is something that blocks water running.

thank you for using fixya, rate my answer,

SOURCE: No user's manual for Bosch WFF2000

Donna,

Give this a try! This might be just what you're looking for, but unfortunately, there isn't a model number provided for the download.

http://laundry.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/bosch/bosch_washer.html

If that doesn't give you what you're looking for, go to the link below and enter in your information and Bosch will contact you directly and should be able to provide a link for a downloadable (free) manual for your washer.

http://www.bosch-home.com/us/bosch/customer-care/contact-us.html

Another possible source, although I've not used them before is the following link. You'll need to provide your information for them to send you an email, but not sure if the provide free manuals, or charge a small fee for their service. There is no cost to at least enter in the search parameters to find out.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

SOURCE: Bosch classixx 1000 washing machine - stops on spin

Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x

I've a 97 bosch wff2000, washes, drains but will NOT spin either after main wash, rinse nor does it do the final spin. Had it from new, so definately can't complain. I've just replaced brushes...

Try disconnecting the small bore hose from the pressure chamber it could be the switch has stuck in the on position in which case the pressure chamber is blocked (the chamber is at the other end of the small bore hose )

Washes great once it gets to the final rinse and spin its banging like some thing inside the machine stripped it down nothing in it x

The load of moist clothes inside the drum is out of balance. Open the door on the machine and wait for the drum to stop, then spread the clothes around the drum as much as possible. This should help to rebalance the drum.

My whirlpool top loader bangs around during final spin

Hi,

Kindly provide few details :-

1. Make and model of the washer?
2.How old the washer is?
3. Is it banging only at high speed or even on slow speed?
4. Is it only during the final spin or all the time during spin?
5. If you move the drum by hand, is there any noise? Could you turn the drum easily?

Kindly answer all the questions.

Thanks!!

Loud banging noise during rinse

Most noises from a washing machine occur during the rinse or spin cycle. If you hear loud thumping during the spin, the load of clothes may have become unbalanced. Stop the washer and redistribute the clothes, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary. This will solve your problem.

Three day old Indesit washing machine

Is it a maytag? My maytag front load washing machine had 2 long bolts with plastic braces on them, to keep the drum still during shipping. Mine would bang and shake all over. I got the book out before I finally figured it out. I had to take the back cover off and remove the bolts and plastic braces over them. They look like they' 8 inches long or so. It works great now.

Maytag washer bangs during spin cycle

chances are you had a blockage in the pump and it tried to spin with the water still in the drum. check the bottom hose and filter for blockages so it does not occur again.

Boom and Bang Washing Machine

Bed sheets or comforters will often get out of balance in the spin cycle or during the rinse cycle. Throw some towels in there next time at least 5 big ones. They are engineered to take a little of this banging, it should only happen once in a while.
