You simply remove your old head brush, put a little ring (usually rings come separately and are different colors) an your new one and put it on the handle - it will hold.

I recently bought some replacement Oral B replacement brush heads. They are the wrong ones. I need the Oral B compatible replacement Brush heads. Can I exchange please. Barb Foster.

Depends where you bought from. If you take the electric brush and the unsuitable items to the store, you will convenience them that you are genuine. A good store will be helpful.

Brush wont spin

Check whether your brush is still in warranty. Either way take it to an oral-B certified shop for fixing as there's no point paying to have it fixed by someone who doesn't really know what they are doing.
Good luck

How should I take care of my gums?

You should simply massage your gums gently with the toothbrush bristles in order to maintain good oral health. You should also visit the dentist every six months to do some routine checkups.

How can I maintain good oral health?

Visiting the dentist for regular checkups and cleanings is an important factor in maintaining good oral health. Another important thing is to brush your teeth twice a day and trying to floss every once in a while.

How often should I replace the head of my electric toothbrush?

According to the Oral-B website, you should replace the head of your electric toothbrush every 3 months. There are exceptions though. For example, if you suffer from gum problems, then you should replace your toothbrush head every 4-6 months. On the other hand, if you have very healthy gums and teeth and you are using a high quality electric toothbrush, you can probably use it for few extra months (around 6 months).

How do I set the time on the Oral B "Smart Guide". I have lost the instructions leaflet and I have to change batteries and reset the time.

A flashing 12:00 indicates that you can now adjust
the clock time.

Press and hold the set button until 12h is
displayed. By briefly pressing the h/min button,
you can toggle between 12h or 24h daytime
format. Push set to confirm your choice. Then
the hour digit starts flashing. Press the h/min
button until the right hour appears and confirm with
set. Proceed same way to set both minute digits
(picture B, page 4). If you prefer not using the clock
feature, the flashing 12:00 will disappear automatically after 24h.

Conclusion...mine is defective, the set button must be broken.

My Braun Oral-B Sonic Complete Toothbrush wont hold a charge

I had the same problem today. I use the charging plug which has the "wrench" remove the bottom screw...I was attempting to remove the battery to reset the brush. I could not get the bottom of the brush off as I did not want to use a screw driver or similar to pry it off in case I needed to return the brush.

So I was trying to pull the bottom off and my finger was on the on/off switch, as I was wiggling the bottom of the brush to try to dislodge the battery it started working.

The brush seems to have a reset button on the back but that did not do anything. The display also has moisture trapped inside it, which I am sure is not good!

Any way try this and maybe the battery will come out and I am sure that will reset the brush...if not maybe you will get lucky as I did and wiggling it will work. BTW, this is with the Oral-B Triumph Professionla Care 9000
