How to format

I reset my sandisk and now I can't format. please help me.

when connected to your computer you should be able to (right click on PC) and click format.

PC: go to my computer right click on disk and click format. If I remember correctly there could also be the lock on this unit that will not let you format, turn that lock off and format.
