IPAQ WIFI AND THIS ROUTER-CAN'T CONNECT TO INTERNET
I have an IPAQ 4355 and a Linksys WRT150n Router. I have used my laptop for a year with this router and it's current settings. When I turn on my Ipaq, it picks up the SSID name and asks me if I want to connect. When I click on connect, it asks me for my password, which I put in. It is the correct password, but it always tells me that it is incorrect, and asks me to put the correct password in again. I have quadruple check the password, the CASE, and everything, and I have looked on the internet for weeks and can't find an answer. Could someone please help me, even if it is just telling me someone else to ask who might know? I have also downloaded all the latest ROM's and patches.

If you are using WEP encryption there may be a key you need to enter in order to connect. This will be a long string of letters and numbers. You can find this by looking in the admin of the router under wireless security. I'm sure it's not asking for the admin password or something easy and small. It'll be asking for the wep key.

there are many ways to connect your printer with your linksys router:
connect your printer via ethernet cable.
connect your printer to the router via usb cable.
connect your cable to the router via wireless network
so if you are trying to connect your printer router via wifi method. then you need to go to setup on your printer and then go to wireless network option, once you will reach there then you will see there your network name and password you need to fill that network name and password on your router and then hit connect your printer will connected to the wifi.

Hello, Turn off modem and router. Connect router to computer. Turn router on. Connect router to modem. Power up modem. When it discovers the modem it will assign to it the new IP address. Hope it helps.
Can your laptop can see the linksys? If it can see it, the router maybe working. Try this, First, go to the router config then try to see if its connection to the modem is PPPoE. Then try to connect to the internet, if still not working try sending it to a technician or have a premium chat with me here.
Try connecting router directly to the modem and the laptop to the router and see if your laptop can get out onto the internet. If you cannot, then your router might not be handing out IPs to the devices on the internal network. You can enable the DHCP server on the router using the administrative web interface at http://192.168.1.1.
If you can get out onto the internet with your laptop behind your router then look at defining a DHCP reservation on your router for your VoIP phone and then forwarding the following to your phone: 5061 UDP 5060 UDP 10000-20000 UDP
These are common ports amonst the VoIP providers.
Hope this works, if not we'll give it another shot.
