Hi, Well I have a built in webcam in my MSi U135DX netbook and when i go to on the webcam it dosent seem to work! and it dose not have a slection to go on it and it has one webcam thing but its not for my computer!!

You have to activate it, Firstly press "Fn" (next to Ctrl) and then add "F6"(the key with the webcam symbol) , that's how we got it working Tell me if it helps ,this worked for me !!!

This problem is probably being caused by your operating systems power save settings. Try taking the battery out of the computer and restarting it. If this works, check your power save settings to prevent this from happening in the future.

Please try to check this website on how to disable sleep mode on your machine.
1. please unplug your notebook from A/C power and remove the Battery for a few minutes and then re-test? If won't work please check the sites below.
If it is an internal webcam (the one on the top of the monitor) look for
a key on your keyboard,which has a webcam picture on it,then press the
key and Fn (function) key at the same time when you're on the desktop
If it is an external webcam (which connected to the USB ports) go to
Device Manager by right clicking on My Computer,select Properties,on the
Properties window click on Hardware tab,then click Device Manager. Or
if you are using windows Vista or windows 7,you can type "device" on the
start menu and select Device Manager
On device manager window,expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and
see if there are an USB which has "?" sign on it (or any sign)
Then right click on the signed device (if there are one) and select
uninstall,follow the uninstall process and restart your computer
The computer will reinstall the driver automatically
