If you let us know what printer you have we may be able to help you. In the meantime how about you look at the manufacturers web page for a users manual.

Please describe your cannon laserbase 5630 showing paper check error after printing one print problem:

Hi mani4u58,
After the print, does the alarm indicator show?
Are the papers loaded and aligned in the correct way in the printers cassette? Please align them well and also note that the cassette can hold only around 250 sheets at a go.Remove the cassette completely when loading the papers and after paper load, insert the cassette as far as it can go.Does the printer feed paper correctly? If not, there may be a paper jam.To clear the jam, open the front cover by pulling it towards you.Remove the cartridge and inspect the compartment. Also make sure the orange adhesive tape around the cartridge is full removed to free its connections. You can also unplug the printer and leave it for a while and then plug it back to clear jam.

Hope it helps.Thanks!

I have a streak running vertically down the page where there is no print.

I think I can help, try these things.

take out your printer cartridges
wipe the printer spouts with a damp cloth or paper towel.
replace the ink cartridges.

The printer should prompt your to do a printer alignment test.
follow the steps for alignment your cartridges may just need to be calibrated.

If it does not prompt you there should be some instruction in your owners manual on how to start a new printer cartridge alignment calibration process.

This should work otherwise here's Cannon's info:
Heres a link also for Cannon support

also heres a link for on screen printer manual support
look below on page for download

I have a cannon printer bjc 2100. It is printing

After replacing ink cartridges, you generally have to perform an alignment routine. On some printers, they have an automatic alignment function, others require the printing out of one or two sheets of paper and a possible adjustment via the service section of your printer software. If this isn't done, you can have an output similar to that you describe.

My cannon printer pixma ip1800 cannot detect ink pls help me...

If after you install the cartridge you get a yellow light and error message:
“The following may have run out of color. The function for
detecting the remaining ink level will be disabled since the
ink level cannot be correctly detected. If you want to
continue printing with out this function, press the printer’s
start button. Canon recommends using new genuine Canon
cartridges in order to obtain optimum quality.”

Do not click “cancel printing”. Press printer start button
to start printing. This action will bypass the ink level
detection from the recycled cartridge. It will not damage the
printer! With a recycled cartridge this action needs to be
done one time.
A full recycled cartridge ink level may not display correctly.
It may show empty.
If you want to check the ink level, you can do a “Nozzle
check” by follow the directions below:
Go to menu File select print click on “Property” click
on “Maintenance”
Click on “Nozzle check” to print out the color check.
Click on “Cartridge Alignment” to align the cartridge.

See pictures for above process at Inktelligent ip 1800 topic

Also the refills refered to above are at the IP 1800 inkfilling page
