You have a video processor fault. It sounds like it is heat related and so a technician who knows his salt will use a can of freezer to locate the faulty processor or component and then change it at component level. There is no need for complete panels to be changed!
Always ask an Authorised Service Centre to look at these things as you will have the backing of the manufacturer after repair, if any further problems occur.
