Question about Jumbo RC JUMBO HELICOPTER
What you need to do is to use your email account to contact Support@iwave.com and give them a description of your problem.
They are probably going to have you go to http://www.iwaveaudio.com/support.asp and fill out an RMA request which is just your address and the like.
I went through this and my RMA request was denied because I did not have a reciept to attach to the form as I had recieved the Copter as a gift.
I sent them another email saying that I just wanted a parts manual to order from but have not heard back from them.
Have Heart! it is my thought that if you do have a reciept, they may give you an address to send the machine to for repair or possibly send you a replacement.
