Uninstall and reinstall camera software, without more details cannot help you more, try the fix and send more detail if problem persists.

It is plugged into computer for 2 days still only showing 1/4 charge. Cord connection feels loose?

Could be a faulty cable....more likely that you are plugging into the front usb socket when you should use rear ones as these are direct onto motherboard whereas front are cable connected to aware that it is a 5volt rail in both cases but the amps are less than 1 whereas some external power socket chargers are rated as high as 2 amps hence less charging times.

Can not power on compurter

Anytime you have problems like this, you need to make sure to check the basics first. Are the wall outlet and power cord both good? Plug another electrical device into the outlet to make sure it is working, and try connecting the computer with another cord.
Now that we know that there is power to the computer, look for any lights on the computer when you press the start button. Also look for any fan motion. A common problem with a faulty motherboard is that as soon as you press the start button, the power supply fan with try to spin, but will immediately lose power. Do you smell an "burning" type odors coming from the power supply? If so, you probably have a bad power supply.
At this point, you have to decide if you want to repair or replace you system. If you are truly running a pc with XP or Vista, you may want to consider upgrading to a new system. Your hard drives in your old system are probably okay, and if you purchase a new system, the drive may not be compatible with the new hardware. Older systems typically used IDE interface for hard drives whereas current systems mostly use SATA. The connectors, both power and data, are not compatible. You can purchase an external adapter which will allow you to connect your older hard drive to the newer system via USB, but you will have to re-install all of your older programs on the new machine, and hopefully, they will run on the new operating system. There should be no problems migrating your data files, music, photos, documents, etc. to the new machine.

External Hard disk is not detecting on my desktop PC

Try a different usb port. Maybe a 1TB external hd is too big for your old computer to recognize. Old computers cannot handle a drive that large.

My external hard drive is not responding its making some type of sound I wouldn't call it a click more like a hump nosie, and it wont register on my computer, the light comes on but nothing is...

This few things can be the cause

  1. the usb port that the external is connect to is not 2.0
  2. the pc port is not supplying the required amount of power to the usb external
  3. you may be using a usb extension cord instead of connecting directly to the port

  1. Make sure that you are using the supplied usb cord or a very similar one
  2. change the usb port that the external is connected to (it could be a faulty low powered usb port)
  3. remove any usb extention card that is attached (leave on the supplied one)
  4. try connecting to a friends pc and see what happens
  5. during connection to the pc make sure no other usb device is connected
  6. maybe it is time to get a new external case. should not coat more that $15.
good luck

A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port

If you get an error message"Insufficient power to operate USB device" when you plug a USB deviceinto the computer's USB port, then this device is drawing excessive currentthat the USB port cannot supply. In case such as this, youneed to purchased a powered USB hub and connect this hub into the computer'sUSB port and then connect the USB device into this powered USB hub.

Cannot open

1 of 2 possible problems. You have a bad USB cord or the controller card wentt out in the external drive. If cord works w/another peice of hardware, then it's controller card. To test if HD is bad, remove it from the case and connect it to your pc via SATA cable to mother board and use power from pc power supply. If you can access the HD here, just purchase a new external closure.Don't spend a lot of money, they're relitively inexpensive. If you don't have the necessary cabling, you might need to visit a local reair shop or friend that has the ability and cabling. Most all pc repair shops will check the HD out to see if its works and also carry the external HD cases.

Power sugre with m240

Hi there. This message would indicate any one of the following: 1. You have a lot of USB devices plugged in to your computer, and the maximum power supply for the USB ports has been exceeded by plugging this player to your computer. It would be best if you unplugged 1 or 2 of the USB devices connected for the time being. 2. You are plugging the player on your front USB port, and may need to plug it in the rear USB port to acquire ample power supply (front USB ports do not get as much power as the rear USB port -- sad but true) 3. You are using a laptop and may need to try another USB port on that computer. Purchasing a self-powered USB hub would be ideal as it gets its power supply directly from the wall electrical socket.
