When charging DS lite the light stays orange

The issue is not with the fuses or with the battery. That end is working properly if the light stays a constant orange. The issue is with the other end, how the system powers on. Check the power slider (on mother board) or the L2 inductor (located below the slider). Chances are the tab on the slider has broken off or the L2 slider broke off from the motherboard.

I can't get the yellow wire of the dimmer slider to work properly using a conventional 3way switch on the other side. I do have the slider on the load box. Could it be that i need a Lightolier ZPR-3 on the...

Most of this style lightolier product requires the proper remote such as the zpr3. Leviton illumitech is a similar design, but uses regular 3 way wiring.
There are others out there as well, that do not require the remote.

Slider part keypad not working properly, only number keypads are working

Possible that the flexible membrane strip of the connection to the slider keypad is broken off there by cutting off the connection.
These membrane strip wires must be procured to be installed back into the main board and connected to the slider pad.
Attempt only if you are experienced to do these delicate jobs.

There is a squeaking sound on the front right wheel of my L300 van and its getting hot even on a short drive!

On older vehicles rust can be a major factor in how your brakes work. You probably have a problem with the calipers not floating properly because the brake pads are jammed in place by rust. You will probably need to purchase new brake pads, discs and possibly new brake sliders . Take the calipers off , knock out the brake pads, and carefully take of the shiny brake sliders. The rust is under the sliders. Two bolts hold the caliper mount on , it will be easier to work on if you remove it from the vehicle. Take a file and clean the rust off the iron caliper mount till there is only metal. Coat the filed surfaces on the caliper mount with anti seize and put the sliders and the pads back on. Make sure the new pads float properly (not jammed like before) and reassemble. I have had several old Mitsubishi's with rust on the caliper mount that did the same thing. Wear a mask, it is a dirty job but filing off the rust should fix the problem.
