Have you considered NOT connecting your camera to your computer?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

You don't need a driver.

Hi there, I have a sony cybershot DSC S750 model and I have pictures on the internal memory. I would like to know if there is any way possible to transfer them to my computer?

Yes-- one of two ways-- you can either:
Plug your digital camera directly into your computer using the USB cable that was supplied with it. This will show the camera's storage within "My Computer" (PC) or on your desktop (Mac) where you should be able to copy the images from the camera's internal memory.
Alternately, if you have space available on the memory card you are using, there is often a "Copy to memory card" option within the menu when you are viewing your photos on the camera itself. This will copy the images to the memory card, just like the rest of them.
The latter is probably the easiest option.

Date stamp function on Sony Cybershot S750 camera .How do I get the date stamp to appear on my photographs when transferred to the PC

The camera does not have a feature for stamping dates onto the photographs, but the information is stored with every picture. Just about any photo viewing program should be able to display it. Depending on the program and printer, you can choose to print the date on the picture, in the margins, or on the back. Please refer to the documentation for whatever program you use to print.

I have transfered some pictures from my memory stick but i have a problem with transferring pictures from the internal memory to my memory stick.

Please clarify: from where to where did you transfer and you wish to transfer? Are you using a USB cable from the camera to the computer? Do you mean the memory card that fits inside the camera?

If you mean transfer photos from the camera via the computer to a memory stick, then the problem may be solved in two steps: First download the photos to your computer. Then from the computer to the stick.

Date stamp function on Sony Cybershot S750 camera

This Camera doesn't have the feature to superimpose the date on the pictures. By using the supplied Picture Motion Browser Software, you can print or save the pictures with date.
Refer the following link to use the supplied Picture Motion Browser Software to print or save the pictures with date.

Dark lines in background of picture its a sony cybershot dsc-s750

I think your camera chip is dying soon. Try taking a photo on a blank sheet of paper, black and white, see if there are lines. If there is, it shows that the camera chip is defective...
