There is some posibilities that generate that error, this is some of them :
1. Your Hardisk error, your bootable psrtition is corrupt or something, can be caused by not properly shutdown, repair OS with CD recovery may help you.
2. Your hardisk is fine, but you attached new non bootable hardisk, if yes, you may need to change boot order on bios.
3. You attached USB FLASHDISK, or USB Hardisk, try to remove that and rebot your komputer.

I got my motherboard changed in October and my computer won't boot up "disk boot failure 0" could I have the same problem again? I don't have a disk - dell dimension C521

The motherboard is not the problem.
Your hardisk is the problem.
See if your hardisk is detected during boot up procedure.
If it does... Run again your Windows XP CD installer and repair your operating system.
Having "Disk Boot Failure" error means the boot system of you operating system is corrupted.
If your hardisk is not detected... you better check if the power supply connector on your hardisk is secured and not loose..
If still not detected.. your hardisk crashed and need to be replace.

you have problem with the hardisk, either bad sector or broken partition. Using the hardisk utility will solve this problem, but if not familiar with this tool will totally damage the hardisk

Hardisk error, how can solv my problem?

try reloading your operating system first. if it still has an error, then its the drive itself that needs to be replaced nd not just the software part which is the operating system.
