Which one is on the manfacturers site for your computers make and model?

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "EmachineSupport" or "Gateway Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the Chipset drivers. If the site shows more than one, use the one with the latest date.

I installed windows anytime upgrade and i dont have any word programs, what do i do?

Windows Anytime Upgrade allows you to upgrade to a superior version of Windows, provided you buy a key to activate this new version. For instance, you can upgrade form Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Home Premium or from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate.
If you need a word processor program, you can try the free productivity suite Open Office.org (which word processor, Writer, is fuuly compatible with the MS Office suite). Dowload from here (http://download.openoffice.org/).
Several free stand alone word processor programs are available also. Just do a Google search.

Frequent, repeated video display crash

Do the re-installation of operating system. Then observe if it will crushes down. If not, then the problem will be the operating system not the hardware. If still crushes down, try replacing the hard disk. Maybe it has a bad sector in it. That why it crushes down always.

L have not yellow colour and blue in my screen,,,

assuming you have a VGA monitor, disconnect the video cable and inspect the pins. Check to make sure that the pins are not bent/crushed or missing (there should be 15 pins in 3 rows). You may need to look at both sides of the cable. If they are crushed/bent, replace the cable if possible. If not possible (because your cable is hard wired to the monitor), try VERY GENTLY to straighten the pins

Antivirus protection scan

It *WILL* install a virus if you allow it to. Sometimes these programs make it very difficult to NOT download their ****. It's telling you to download something in the hopes that you WILL accept the download.

***Do NOT download anything that you do not WANT to download. ***

Anytime you get to a website like this, make a note of it to never visit it again. Anytime you want to download something, make SURE it is what you want and nothing more. At the end of the day, it is NOT worth risk. The wrong decision could ruin your computer, lose your files, misdirect your websearches, slow your internet connection, among some of the results. The internet can be a very dangerous place.

Better to err on the side of caution.

Hope this helps.

P.S. Do an antivirus update and run a scan at LEAST once a week. Even the safest websites can put **** on your computer.
