My Bosch vision 300/500 DLX series washing machine continually dispenses hot water no matter what cycle I have dialed in. What can I do?

if it's hot and cold fill machine , have you got the hoses connected correctly hot to hot supply , cold hose to cold mains supply
if its cold supply only to machine , make sure it's not connected to hot water supply, this could be worth checking.

Samsung front load washing machine, WF42H5200AF, less than 4 months old giving code 4e when warm or hot temperature is pushed. Can only wash in eco warm or cold. I have drained and cleaned out to front...

Error code 4E is a water supply error.
Check the following:
  • Foreign material is entering the water supply valve.
  • The water supply valve terminal is not connected.
    (Wire disconnected)
  • The warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other.
  • This occurs if the PCB terminal from the drain hose to the
detergent drawer is not connected. Check whether the transparent hose is folded or torn.
Possible Parts Affected are:
  • Water supply Valve
  • Main PCB
  • Obstruction of the water line.
To Check the water supply:
Check the resistance for the water supply valve. Resistance: 0.9~1.1k? between the terminals of the water supply valve

Hot water supply to washer works, but not cold water

Probably the small filter screen in the cold water supply line is plugged up with sediment. The screen will either be directly on where the hose connects to the supply line, or may be on the rear of the washing machine where the cold water supply line connects to the washer, usually a simple screw-on just like a garden hose.

Does a wff2001 washing m/c work with only cold water supply

it can but you must connect both water valves to the water supply this is because most machines take just hot water on some programmes those above 60 deg just nip down to your local diy place and buy a "y" splitter screw this on to your cold water supply tap and connect both the hot and cold hoses to it then connect them both to the machine

LEAKS WATER INTO THE MACHINE WHEN NOT IN USE

If the water supply lines are located above the input connections at the back of the machine, and if you have good water pressure, the input mixing valve inside the machine may not shut off completely which leads to leakage into the tub. The solution seems to be to shut off the water supply to the hoses when the machine is not in use but then you will have to remember to turn the water supply back on next time.

W 10307859A F8E1 INSUFFICIENT WATER SUPPLY

Check your water supply hoses for dirt. Dis-connect from the washer, turn the water supply on to make sure you have water flowing. If you do, then the clog is somewhere in the connection at the washer or inside of it. Mine was in the supply hose itself.

Do u have to have hot and cold water hoses connected for machine to work.or will it work with just cold water

Most of the front loading washers and combos have two inlets for hot and cold water which are automatically controlled according to the setting used and hence both the water inlets needs to be connected for the machine to work properly or else the machine may take more time to fill water and there is also a possibility of the machine malfunctioning. However if you don't want to use hot water you may supply cold water to the hot water inlet which will at least make sure that the machine works fine.
In case you have only one faucet for supplying water to the machine you may use a Y-connector which will allow you to connect one hose to one side of the connector and two hoses to the other side of the connector which can then be connected to the two inlets to the machine.

Connect Saeco Incanto Classico machine directly to water source

In our shop we come off the treated water supply with a water pressure regulator (adjusted to a very low pressure)and use a barbed fitting to connect to the hose inside the machine. You should be able to do something similar by removing the water tank seat on the body of the machibne and using the existing hole to connect your water. Cold water or cold & hot water connection?

If there is only 1 water connection on the back of the machine then it's a cold water supply only and the machine will be fitted with a heater element to heat the water. If it has 2 water connections then you need the hot supply and should ask someone to fit the correct isolation valve on the capped pipe so you can fit the required hose. Most modern machines are cold water only.

Washing maching won't rinse in cold water

hi is this hot and cold water piped machine? ie two connections on rear of machine for hot and cold pipes ? if so are your pipes connected properly on machine and the water supplies? if cold supply is connected to hot supply then wash inlet allows water in washer then washes in cold? but when rinse is due? the elec valve that has hot water pipe connected?? is failing to open allowing water flow of hot on rinse so advise recheck pipes for flow of water from both? when disconnected from machine if flow ok then possible valve blocked/faulty hope you can understand above? if you can give more info on your machine it would help to offer a remedy?
