Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
MY PRINTER RECENTLY STARTED TAKING A VERY LONG TIME TO PRINT AND WHEN IT FINALLY STARTS TO PRINT IT PRINTS THE DOCUMENTS IN A SORT OF MIXED UP INCOHERNENT LETTER JUMBLES FOR THE HEADINGS AND SENTENCES. EVERYTHING SEEMS LIKE GIBERIDGE, IF THERE'S SUCH A WORD. THANK YOU FOR UR KIND AND URGENT ASSISTANCE.
Delete the printer from windows. Download a new driver from the manufacturers web site. Install the driver choosing the option to overwrite the existing driver.
When you now print, if the printer behaves the same way you will know you probably have a hardware fault. Change the cable from PC to printer. If no change the printer is probably faulty.
