-   My Panasonic PT56TW53 projection TV has a red double image above the expected image. There is also a "wow" or "wave" in the middle of the red image. Is it worth repairing vs new TV? What is the cost of an IC if that is the problem, and how easy is it to replace?-   kirks25

-   This sound similar to my problem. There is a second red image above the expected image and ther is a "wow" or "wave" in the middle of the red picture. Right now it is just one color. It is a Panasonic PT 56TW53. What is the cost of an IC and is it worth repairing vs a new TV? -   kirks25

youre convergence ICs need to be replaced, there are two ICs. If you respond to this same post with your model number I will post the correct IC numbers that you need and a link where you can get them with free shipping and free instalation instructions.
